CustomerCount co-sponsors Resort Trades Town Hall
Innovative Sales and Marketing is the subject for the second interactive Resort Trades Telephone Town Hall on July 16 at 1:55 ET.
This complimentary virtual event features two of the industry’s leading experts in sales and marketing, Shari Levitin and Ron Roberts. They will share their knowledge and experience then take live questions and comments from registered listeners.
“Resort Trades is excited to have guests like Shari and Ron, who know their areas of expertise inside and out,” says Sharon Wilson, Resort Trades’ publisher. “Anyone involved in the industry – or any other area of discipline for that matter – will learn something from these speakers. First, Shari coined terms early on, such as “Third Level”, “The Five Why’s”, “Compliance versus Commitment”, and “Excuses versus Objections”. Those terms that are now common nomenclature in the industry today.”
“Resort managers of legacy properties, in particular, will want to take notes about Ron’s topic, ‘Saving the Ship.’ Ron will discuss the myriad ways that a timeshare association can re-start lost revenues stemming from older owner-bases, maintenance fee delinquencies, and HOA owned weeks. Diminishing maintenance fee revenues can be arrested, costs can be slashed in some cases, and a number of programs, policies, and sales production can be implemented to reverse the slide.
“Ron will discuss options that are readily available, make or save the HOA many thousands of dollars each month, add value to the resort, and avoid some of the bad press that has been heaped upon the timeshare business in America. With the proper policies in place, HOA’s can avoid “Special Assessments”, replenish sinking funds, eliminate deferred maintenance, and keep the resort on a solid financial footing.”
Everyone involved in the resort industry, including team members from resort and supplier companies, are invited to attend.
